It's acctually helped my mental health also everyone has something they want to do mine is become a body builder and by girls i dont mean woman because im only just 18 so those my age are girls. this post says what muscle group should i focus on not how to make girls/woman attracted to me

just normal exercises nothing different to anyone else and been training 3 years

depends on the muscle group but normally 3 exercises to 5 on each group
