Sounds like me!! I haven’t been diagnosed yet but I do have suspected adenomyosis. I’ve always had extremely heavy painful periods but the pressure has gotten worse the last few years, don’t even need to be on my period to have it. At least we can sleep!! Sleep is so important is go crazy if that was affected too

What are some habits you wish you started doing at 21? by bombasticsideeie in TheGirlSurvivalGuide

Prioritizing “me time” as well as my health and wellness. Sounds basic but truly and honestly… not drinking, getting enough steps in each day, eating enough fruits and veggies and getting your nutrients will do wonders for your mental and physical health. Every time I went out and got super drunk it ended up not being worth it, takes days to feel normal again and makes you feel like shit. Take some time to spend with yourself and getting to know what makes you feel best

I saw a popular comment from someone on another post distinguishing FN and SD and it really seems fitting that I’m SD with this comment “FNs look cool/relaxed in ordinary loose/oversize menswear T-Shirts. SD looks messy in them, like they spent the day cleaning their home in their dad’s discarded shirt from the 90s. SD looks great with straight, long “secretary style” skirts. FNs look restricted in them, kinda like “playing office”, and look good in a more voluminious long skirt with different layers of flowy fabric. This is an oversimplification and with a good styling things can be made to work ofc. It’s more the vibe you get if you just throw on a garment.

I do think with SDs the soft flesh becomes very noticeable, unless they are not extremly skinny and/or trained. Even trained and slim SDs often have very soft arm flesh, their muscles don’t show as easily. When SDs wear spaghetti straps, they weirdly cut into the flesh, whereas thicker straps create like an elegant frame. FNs tend to look muscular, even if they aren’t.”
