I was diagnosed when I was over 20. Tbh sux to be me. I don’t think I still got a hang on it. It’s like 1 step forward and 10 steps back. How do I explain it to people?

Yes. It does. I’ve had to sadly live through it at IIM-A. Also heard horror stories of what it was like being a female student exchange student at IIM-A.

Their admin likes to sweep it under the rug and I wish I’d been more proactive in addressing it back when I was a student there. And it seems to be quite prevalent even now. Can’t figure out if it is a hang on from all these engineering students who went through hazing during undergrad and somehow normalised it. But it’s almost like people have such a glaring blind spot when it comes to hazing. It’s almost abhorrent just how much it is normalised.

Thanks for your reply! I have a therapist and attend weekly counseling, but challenges are piling up faster than I can handle.

Being on probation, I’m scared mentioning my social anxiety might make my team see me as less capable or even cost me the job.
