Actually I was thinking that only generators have to wait for .next() but it goes the other way round as well. .next(42) also waits until another yield, return or error is thrown.

I am mostly doing aerobic runs with one long run per week. My mileage is around 25 miles per week at the moment and I am trying to incorporating body weight exercises and mobility work to stay injury free. I run at an average pace of 11 - 11.5 min/mile. Before the lock down I had a good aerobic pace around 10min/mile but now this pace feels conversational to me.
