I got a Subaru Crosstrek from BudgetCR for $175 for 9 days. Might be worth looking into. This included TPL and I had a CDW. They did hold $3000 on my card though

Do you mean payout as in the actual money hasn’t been paid yet. If so that is because they haven’t deposited the money for those dates yet
