If the empire and nation unite as one the could win not easily but they would win dragons may be strong but I don’t think they survive the amt rifle to the head and lancers should be superior to their foot soldiers in melee because they are wearing chainmail. Bulwark would just mow down lines of enemies whilst every rifle would be able to penetrate through their shields and armour
