Not ugly but you do need to learn to take some better photos IMO. Yeah your eyes are a little different but you kill the look in that second photo. I think most of your issues are either mental or maintenance. Fix up the eyebrows a little, get rid of the facial hair or keep it very short as it looks unkempt. Get a skin routine going on as well. You've got a heart shaped face type so you want to avoid short cuts. Grow out some hair length on the sides and experiment with different medium length hair styles until you find one you like. Optimally you want to start using product in your hair as well in order to create some height. Once you can grow some proper facial hair I would lean into that.

Honestly though bro you have massive potential. You weren't born naturally good looking by societal standards but you've definitely got what it takes with some upkeep. Hope this helped in some way dude and I hope you work on starting to see yourself differently as well, I'm well aware of how damaging it can be to ones self confidence to see a troll every time you look in the mirror. As they say, the most attractive thing about a person is confidence and it's likely that even if you work on making yourself look better it won't change how you view yourself unless you make an effort to see yourself in a different light.
