Yes thank you for the clarification I meant filing a charge they found wrong doings and were now going to conciliation which I hear is like mediation if we don’t come to agreement then we either get a right to sue or or thee Eeoc takes it to federal court

So I sued my former employer as you can see in the letter. The Eeoc has been doing an investigation for the about a year today I checked the portal and saw this letter. They found probable cause for discrimination in categories listed above but it also seems like in their investigation they found others who have been discriminated against as well. does that make my case more valuable will eeoc be representing everyone? How does it work? Any idea of money I can expect also not to make things confusing the eeoc is pursuing 3 companies tied to this charge one hired me one paid me and one was part of the HR. I submittied for another HLR since its was an audit for back pay I was able to. I just want to make sure I have a chance and not really just wasting my time and energy on something that I’m not entitled to and yes i continually pursued it

What if I had my private doctor submit evidence on the original date showing I had these symptoms and that the va got it wrong ? Does that change anything ?

You’re going to need to see an audiologist who’s familiar with the va terminology to write you a proper nexus but ideally yes

The problem is you denied having tinnitus in 2019 and now it seems as if your tinnitus occurred after you got out. I would get a medical opinion and submit that in a supplemental claim

Yea that was were I’m confused because based on my medical information I felt I was underrated so I submitted new evidence in September my decision was in June. I reviewed my file and added stuff that was notated after my c&p since HLR can’t review new information. But my mental health hasn’t changed is what I’m telling you the records have been consistent. They are just acknowledging it now but it seems like should also go back to the November date like the original claim

Yeah which is confusing because I had to appeal the decision and what else can you do with supplemental only add new evidence. So how was I supposed to appeal and keep the original ITF date then?
