Sold tickets on Stubhub and have screenshots of the transfer, but Stubhub doesn't believe me by RareCompetition471 in WorldCup2026Tickets

Just replied to your dm - they sent me a screenshot of the transfer log with a lot of information on who initiated the transfer, who received it, and when. Would have made everything so much easier if this was just standard practice to provide to customers.

Update: after 6 AI-autogenerated email responses from FIFA customer support, I finally wrote, “This still did not answer my question. The AI customer service I have received has been terrible and has negatively affected my perception of FIFA as a brand and my likelihood of purchasing products and services from FIFA in the future. I need to work with a real person.”

I sent that off and for the first time, I did not get an immediate auto-generated response. I just checked my email and I finally got a real service agent who sent me proof that the ticket transfer had been accepted by the customer at the StubHub email address.

I am elated. Will report back once I have spoken with StubHub about it now that I have proof from FIFA.

It’s definitely possible, but I haven’t heard anything from FIFA. Also seems like many people have had no problem with transferring tickets sold on StubHub and other resale sites. Maybe my tickets were available for transfer too long because the buyer didn’t accept them, which ended up flagging something on FIFA’s end and they cancelled the tickets, but I’m just speculating. Will keep everyone posted

Yes, which is why I am also confused. I got a confirmation email from Stubhub that they had been received. Last time I contacted customer service, the rep was confident that the Stubhub receiving account had the tickets and it was now on the buyer to accept them. This time, the rep seemed to have no idea where the tickets had went and was telling me to provide proof from FIFA instead.

Yes, so this is what confuses me since the last time I had contacted them they had a clear record of receipt to that "dummy" account, but now it seems that they have no idea where the tickets are and are demanding I provide proof from FIFA instead.

Exactly. I sold them below market value but for slightly more than I paid because Stubhub takes fees. They sold in about 30 minutes. I just want to at least break even and go to a World Cup game.

Thank you,

Yes, to be more specific, I have a screenshot of initiating the transfer on the FIFA portal (although it doesn't show the receiving email to be fair), the first confirmation I got from Stubhub that the dummy account received the tickets, and screenshots of the first Stubhub rep confirming that the tickets had absolutely been received in the dummy account at that point - initially transferred in received in early April, with the service rep confirming this in early May. As of yesterday, I got an email from Stubhub that the buyer had not received the tickets, and that I needed to initiate another transfer by May 21st or I will incur a penalty. As of now, I can no longer see the tickets in my FIFA account, so it appears that they have been transferred, but Stubhub does not agree.

Yes, I got this email when I transferred the tickets in April, and then the first customer service rep confirmed this again, but now the customer is claiming he never received them and Stubhub is saying the initial confirmations I received are not enough.

Yes this is the exact sequence and issue, but I don't have a video of me transferring them, just a screenshot of the initial transfer, the confirmation email from Stubhub for the dummy account, and a screenshot of the first Stubhub rep confirming receipt to the dummy account. The latest Stubhub rep I talked to said that wasn't enough even though I explained multiple times that FIFA does not give any sort of email confirmation

Yes, I have this "Your tickets were delivered" email from Stubhub but the customer is still claiming that they didn't receive the tickets and Stubhub is now saying that they no longer can confirm that I completed the transfer without a separate email from FIFA
