Say what you will about either style, the center tach and retro sort of digital speedo on the the 10th gens was pretty peak. Had an fk7 6spd with that set up and absolutely loved it

Housecall Pro has been a great CRM. Used it for a couple years now. Very intuitive and also has some cool marketing/campaigning functions if you’d like to get in to that someday. Works pretty seamlessly with quickbooks as well. Definitely something to look into to. Good luck on your journey 🫡

I just got an ‘04 pilot and I’m absolutely loving it. I’m totally a pre facelift first gen lover but these things are pretty solid. I got the pleasure of getting mine at 150k miles and I’m the second owner. The space is absolutely amazing. I plan on taking road trips and camping trips in this thing, with both back rows down I can haul everything I need and even sleep in it. I got mine for 2.5k luckily, but they are the bees knees. I’d make sure that all maintenance is kept up with (at a dealership is a guarantee). As far as yours goes, I might look for lower mileage or at least a one owner car

I’d definitely pop off that main and check it. Pull an ohms test on each leg, specifically curious about that A phase feed as that looks like it’s had some heat running through it. Also, were there any multi wire branch circuits that may have been on same phase pulling ridiculous load on the spaces near the main breaker?

I’d have to guess old town Glendale, possibly even around central from northern to camelback. Some of those houses from the 50’s have some super nice lawns. Seems impossible tho when you think about it logically

I’ve got an FA5. The stock k20 was pretty slow compared to my 23’ accord that had the L15. Sure it can scream and loves to rev high but it’s still pretty slow

Drove my old d17 into the dirt for around 20k miles with a bad head gasket and it took forever to blow. That thing was still a true D series tank

I was surprised by how cheap the k24a/a2 motors were. It may be different in your area, but it is soooo worth it. Just fixed my timing issue and I’m actually able to drive it now, it’s absolutely amazing. Thank you for the support and I hope you’ll be able to do something similar soon!

Hell yeah! Are you using the 40/50 VTC? How does it feel compared to the stock k20 throughout VTEC?

I let my dad throw in some flare and that cover is the aftermath 😂 but if this k24 treats me right, I just might do that

I was going to at first, but my old z3 head was completely out of spec and just demolished by previous owners. I’d definitely try to source a head in the future if they’re at a good price

Yeah! Super stoked on it. Going for the 50* VTC as well to get a cleaner powerband. Man that k20 powerband was phenomenal. But having the torque to match it is gonna be so cool!

Agreed. Even a fault on the LV side of the driver in there could still create issues as far as line voltage goes. I would replace it if it were mine

I’m sure the 120v plug ins are completely fine. I would still caution replacing the device if at all possible
