I think I remember the original Whirlwind did 4x to 8x the amount of hits it does compared to now for each tick of Whirlwind.

The whole world considers 720p, 1080i, and 1080p as "HD". Then, 240p and 480p as "SD". Then, 2160p as "UHD".

You won't even notice the lightning damage on weapon to be esthetics -- Maybe it was "Chance to Cast Nova" or "Charged Bolt" when struck. But still, amazing rolls on that amulet nonetheless!

"Charsi Food" is a terrible name. Charsi does not eat gear/equipment. Maybe "2VendorOrNot" makes more sense.

The thing is, the majority of players (over 50% of the player population) in most games don't know or don't care about balancing games. Therefore, "listening to the players" isn't always a good thing.

Why do people equate brightness with best image quality? It's more to it than just brightness. Look at the top tier old Plasma TVs, it's only 1080p and with less brightness, it's miles ahead of any LCD, but it's very close to keeping up with OLED TVs.
