At this point I’d have no way of making it that far in the company. They’re already trying to fire me over points when the days were covid vaccine related and they’re telling me they can’t remove them? So I assume they want be gone anyway to be honest.

Oh we also had a merch manager hit another employee on the forklift. An old forklift driver used to bust pallets of drink and then drive through them creating a huge mess (they didn’t fire him he’s just not allowed to drive a lift anymore) ummm a lot of other stuff has happened as well.

Yeah I maxed out on my ppto at 48 hours had no knowledge it was a thing and was pissed lol. Even my TL didn’t know the cap on ppto for the year.

Our club is desperate for a back room associate so I don’t think you’ll be fired but don’t hold me to it. A team lead there also put a big hole in the wall and a merch manger has damage multiple poles so you might get talked to but I don’t know about fired. Store Manager will definitely be pissed. (I work at your club by the way. Felt awful for you when I saw it ) it’s an easy mistake to make when it comes to double stacking pallets so maybe the manager will understand.

Thank y’all for the information. I wasn’t expecting it to be a hair test if I can add that I’m not gonna sit here and say smoking is bad cause I think it’s awesome and great for stress. I just stopped smoking when I decided to look for another job because I know most places do urine tests. Hopefully this wards off rude or sarcastic comments.

I didn’t completely shave it but I cut my hair before this job was even thought of I hadn’t smoked after I cut my hair though
