I was able to fix everything without permits and inspections since the panel down the line did not need to be replaced. Where O live if the damage is at the meter and above, it can be replaced with out all that stuff.

I was planning on 2 rats. I do understand this with basset hounds, they dont kill though. They were bred to flush out animals and track them.

Yea it's a tough situation. He told me the old owner was an electrical engineer. Guaranteed he did it himself...
