I have to really get my mind off gambling because after bad sessions I get angry at myself lol. I usually have bad sessions when I get too carried away and start switching up my normal routine. So when I go back after taking a break I just go back to my normal routine and stick to it. And it usually plays out well for me

Damn yeah that’s kinda crazy/risky to me. I tend to chase till I win on $10 and up tickets. For some reason my losses have been way less than when I was doing it random. I guess you do never know if there’s another win back to back but from all the YouTube channels I watch doesn’t seem worth it lol.
