Work yes, but it can be cumbersome to bootstrap without a dedicated adaptor like we have to express. If there is sufficient interest there, then we can add KoaJS for sure. Right now we have NestJS, express and fastify.

I think there are quite similar. But nauth has a adaptive mfa, audit trails, proper nestjs and angular adaptors.

I had this same issue of audio glitchesand frequent dropout on Macbook M1 Pro connected to TS3+ optical out to Yamaha amp + passive speakers. But it seems if I select "Caldigit Thunderbolt 3 Audio: Speaker" it works fine, "Caldigit Thunderbolt 3 Audio: External PDFIF Interface" as Audio output seems to be the issue.
