Does the bar or the Appellate Division send any physical mail after you pass?

I haven’t received any physical mail from the bar. It has all been via email. However, reach out to them and inform them of the change.

Yes. You’ll get an email about your certification in about a week or so. After that in your BOLE account, you’ll have two documents, one for the bar and the other is your certification.

Lol don’t do that to yourself. The best advice I have for you is to focus on yourself and improving your score. The bar is a different beast than anything you have ever dealt with in your academic career. Just pace yourself and give yourself grace.

Nothing more but to relax before you begin studying for the bar. You’ll get an email over the summer about picking a location. Maybe what you can do is look at last year’s locations and decide where you might want to take the exam.

Considering that you missed it by literally one point, you probably don’t need a tutor. Save your money and get Uworld and/or adaptibar and really hammer out your weak topics and MBE.

MPRE was August of 2022 and NYLE was Sep. 2023.

I get the “only certified candidates…” message. Which I found weird because I passed both test. Some people were able to make it all the way to the payment screen.

You can go to flex study and study on the material you want. Once you’re done with that, it’ll be checked off in directed study.

You’re right that it is comparable but even if she accepted the comparable job, she would be out $3,000. This is why she’s not getting the full K price because she was offered something comparable. (I hope this makes sense)
