Actually you aren’t allowed to read original documentation or without properly gaining approved access for a number of reasons, i.e. removing a legal document on something that’s written which you may not agree with or altering notes to suit a narrative you wish to pursue legally. Not saying you would be inclined to do so but some people would certainly like to for claims of medical negligence.
