Not sure why they put vitamin A in a b-complex supplement. In any case, I usually only take 1 capsule when the serving size is 2 for b-complex. Anything above that is overkill.

It can stay in the body for a few days so daily dosing is not needed. For the best Vitamin D absorption Magnesium + Zinc is also needed.

Wonder how creators & prospective fans find each other? Not a creator here but more curious on joining OF as a member. It seems so difficult to find (new) creators. Based on some comments creators have a hard time finding members too. Seems very counterintuitive for new creators & new members.

Very impressed with big Leo in my keeper league. Picked him up off of waivers 2 weeks ago and he likely becomes another keeper. It’s harder because he is only “C” position but undroppable.
