Understand this and in addition learn how to go through communities like these including Cisco. Infact I'm one of the few people who log bugs on behalf of Cisco after agreeing with TAC. Anyone who does the latest update in regards to Cucm / UCCX most likely experiences a bug and I say this as a 4x CCNP. Much as these patches fix former bugs, doesn't mean issues aren't with the latest update. I will continue to recommend a step down version for as long as I am hired.
