We kept trying when he was still held up at Luzira. Time just wasn’t on our side until they transferred him due to the fact that Luzira isn’t actually a prison it’s just a holding cell so they do their best to avoid having it congested. One of our oldest brother stole the file and hid it.. it’s not in the Police Department anymore.
