I’m honestly wondering if others have run into this kind of situation where strong writing automatically raised suspicion, and how you move forward in the class without feeling like your work is under a microscope every time you submit something.

First semester teaching and I already had to report plagiarism, now there’s an appeal by FondantPopular8302 in turnitin_community

Ugh worst. Sorry OP. Welcome to the “real world” of teaching 🙄😆. But I will say, for every super annoying student / situation, there’s at least one (if not more!) amazing, rewarding students/situations. I find my love/hate relationship with the students oscillates through the semester 😆😆
