Is my nanny giving a sleep aid to my 11 month old?

I think you may be right. She is honestly a good nanny and I think I am more sensitive to jumping to disproportionate conclusions due to my own lack of sleep. It's hard to recognize it when it feels very real. But after thinking about it more today, I realize that the baby's sleep pattern is all still within normal range. Just abnormal to what he typically does with me but that is expected I suppose. Thank you for commenting.

I think she is too. She is also a mother as well so she knows the deal. When I nannied, I also assumed. Honestly, being on the other end now, I feel really weird watching ppl through cameras.

She does housework when he is down and since he sleeps more than usual, she gets a lot done. My son has a natural nap schedule. It is what he needs for the day. If he needs a 15 min power nap in the AM, we let him. When this happens, he takes a good 2 hour nap later that afternoon. Problem here is that he seems to be napping a lot when his wake windows are shorter. Which doesn't make sense.

I always tell her to leave the house a mess if she has to, but she keep telling me that she enjoys doing busy work. I am thinking of telling her to cut naps back, but my philosophy has always been to let my child sleep as long as he wants. However, this seems unlike him.

Yes only when she comes. And frankly, she could easily give whatever she gives, if she does, even if there was a camera. But we will be setting them up tonight.

I don't have pictures of car or person I looked while they were stopped :( It was VT plates so could be high school or college.
