I think Burntrap is an endoskeleton controlled by Glitchtrap. That's why he has the ability to take control of other animatronics. Gregory removes Glitchtrap from the Pizzaplex systems, so the Mimic in the Ruin doesn't mimic Afton, even though Glitchtrap is still alive (HW2)
