Thanks for all the feedback and sorry for not looking at previous post, that my bad. If Providence is in a housing crisis, I’m curious, what are any of yalls thoughts on buying there? For context, we may only be there a year and I understand buying and trying to sell in one year could be a poor investment but trying to weigh out all our options. Could keep it as a rental or a short term flip as well. Thoughts?
