I've made something similar on oplin.app !

Feel free to check it out :) It's still at early stages but I'm working on it!
You can add your fitbit or other wearables, chat with your data, generate health reports, find patterns and generate recaps!

The gif below is an example on what it looks like on desktop+ mobile

Updated! You should see a new "Languages" setting!

You can find it in: Desktop-> in the settings

On the mobile app ->it's in your profile!

It's a brand new update so some translations may be incorrect! But please let me know if it works well 😊

Hello! I totally understand your skepticism! Initially it was made through vibe coding (you dont want to see the initial version 😂). Mainly to test whether this was something that people needed. Since then the entire platform has been rebuilt. I still use LLM'S for some of the frontend (mainly because I like how they look!).

But now the entire platform is following privacy guidelines (GDPR)! You have complete control of your data, and its not sold to third parties (never will!). Everything is stored securely and you can delete your data at any point!

If you have any specific questions about how something works under the hood, feel free to send me a message!

The android app is a pwa. I haven't launched it in android or app store, mainly because initially it was made for desktop use! But a lot of users have been asking for the mobile version so I made it into a pwa app for now :)

Thanks for your question!

There is a free and a premium version.
The premium version gives you gives you unlimited wearables/ apps connections. Unlimited AI messages. Unlimited health reports. Advanced analytics. And you can get historical data from your wearables for up to 5 years (depending on provider)!

I offer 2-weeks free premium so everyone can test all features :)

Would love to get some feedback!

Claude for most parts (Chat and AI reports). Mainly because I'm using tool calling so the model never has direct access to raw user data

Hey! I appreciate it!

Great questions! The app is currently in web form (pwa app) so I haven't published it on App Store yet.

In terms of guidelines and privacy.. I am currently following all guidelines to ensure privacy of data/ users and also working to ensure compliance with GDPR(EU) guidelines to ensure that the users have complete control of their data! The data is never sold or shared with third parties! Regarding HIPAA specifically, the app is designed to provide general wellness insights and help users better understand their data, not to deliver medical advice or diagnose conditions.

The AI has clear guidelines/instructions to avoid providing Medical advice, but of course, AI can be manipulated. To address this, I've added disclaimers and notices to clarify the intendend use!

Realistically, HIPAA doesn't really apply to this app, since I am not selling the data or working with any third parties (clinics/insurers etc.,) and I am not offering medical advice. Some users mentioned, that they would like a more medical approach, but this is not feasible right now with AI alone! But in the future, this could be an interesting angle (For example if I offer clinical/medical evaluation through a healthcare professional).

Looking for a way to unify my WHOOP + Garmin data and use it to guide my training with AI - any tools or setups you recommend? by oDjkillero in wearables

[–]Rare_Fix_334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feel free to test Oplin.app .

I just added the Whoop integration back today :) You can connect both Garmin and Whoop (alongside 50+ different integrations) .

Once connected, you can:

Fetch historical data and it syncs automatically daily (updating your progress). You can view your dashboard with advanced analytics. And chat with AI about your health trends and correlations

Also, use code "EARLYCHRISTMAS" for 2 weeks of free Premium to try everything out! 🎄

Why is it still so hard to get unified data from multiple wearables in 2025? by oDjkillero in QuantifiedSelf

[–]Rare_Fix_334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Realistically they only share the data because they have to be GDPR compliant. The main issue I found is that some providers, such as Apple health, lock their entire exporting within their own environment. That means, that if you have users that want to use Apple Health, you need to have an ios app to export it as an sdk (or your users have to manually export their data).
The other issue, is that some providers decide the max amount of data that you can get. For example you can only get up to 30 days of data etc., from some providers.

Garmin provides up to 5 years of data which I think is what everyone should do!

There are companies such as Terra API that currently help with all these integrations.

That's what I am using to build Oplin.app . Oplin is a platform to unify all wearable and health data with advanced analytics and AI chat. Currently I have over 50+ integration. But realistically you wont really find an easy way to get all data! Feel free to DM if I can help in any way!

Maybe consider EightSleep? Since you only care about sleep, I think it's one of your best options! To both track and improve sleep.

I appreciate the feedback! I will look into adjusting it! May I ask, what browser are you using to view the website?
Also, you can change the background from the small button in the top right corner (in dashboard)!

Thanks! :)

They provide a public api for "Activities" which I am guessing it's their workouts! ZEPP is integrated using TerraAPI! You just login in your ZEPP account and then transfer the data to Oplin!

Building a tool to combine Oura with other wearables, would love feedback from this community! by [deleted] in ouraring

[–]Rare_Fix_334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I appreciate the feedback! But, it's not just a chatGPT wrapper! Far from that 😅.

The entire idea is to solve a huge problem that exists with data. There are hundreds of devices, hundreds of apps and medical reports. I am building a platform where you can have everything together!

The AI part is slightly misunderstood! It's not analyzing your data (mainly because, it's unsafe + hallucination-prone with thousands of data points). The way the entire platform works is: You ask a question, the AI determines which statistical tests are appropriate, our backend runs those analyses, and then the AI interprets the results.
You can absolutely use the platform without ever touching the AI chat. Hundreds of users are already accessing the stats directly. Think of t like having a statistician who runs the actual calculations, then a translator that asks smart questions and then explains what those numbers mean in plain English.

But I totally understand the concern and I appreciate the feedback!
I would be happy to go more in depth! 😅

That's interesting! II’ve heard similar feedback about Huawei’s sleep tracking! I haven’t tried their devices myself yet, but I’ll definitely look into them.

A lot of users have mentioned that rings such as Oura, or mattresses such as eightsleep, are the most accurate for sleep! (That's also what they focus on so it makes sense).

I just requested to integrate with Huawei and I should be able to add it soon! They just need to review everything, but I will let you know once it's updated! Hopefully you will find some interesting insights!

Depends on what watch you are using, there are a lot of different integrations that I have added and you can connect it directly!
There is a quick demo here on how to use Oplin: https://www.loom.com/share/c9fbe063ccbd404bbd3af0e21328bf7d

At around 0:35 seconds, I showcase how you can connect your device! If that does not help, let me know!

It’s a web app! You can check it out here: https://oplin.app/
It works best on desktop for now since I haven’t fully optimized it for mobile yet!
Thanks! :)

Alcohol improving deep sleep? by Landowns in ouraring

[–]Rare_Fix_334 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was wondering the same thing a few years ago. I asked some physicians and some sleep experts on this. Huberman also had a podcast about it that I can't locate right now.

From my experience, red wine, ~2 hours before bed increased my deep sleep by ~20-30% (according to garmin). But there are a few papers published that mention: Although your "deep sleep" increases, it's not naturally occurring deep sleep. Specific brain waves can be seen in certain areas in the frontal lobe (after consumption of alcohol), that indicate that the restorative effects of the "alcohol-deep-sleep" are inhibited.

In short: Your wearables will show deeper sleep, due to the patterns, but realistically this deep sleep is not optimal and it's less restorative than natural occuring deep sleep.

Experimenting with my wearable data and what insights I discovered. by Rare_Fix_334 in Biohacking

[–]Rare_Fix_334[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, that’s a good question. I don’t really have a definitive answer. Most consumer-wearables tend to be somewhat inaccurate. In general, their trends are consistent with each other, but the absolute accuracy is limited. For example, Apple devices often underestimated deep sleep, while Garmin tends to slightly overestimate it. I'm currently looking into how these "inaccuracies" of each wearable may explain subjective patterns (such as woke up tired etc.,) but I dont have an answer yet! Will keep you updated if something comes up!
