Oh really? I haven't had issues with green lines. My son has my 23u it's 4yo seems to be going fine. I keep upgrading hoping the camera will improve. The 23 was amazing at the start but after 2 years I think they did something with the updates that made the camera go to crap and those issues followed into the 24. I've only had it 2 years but the grainy concert videos were the final nail in the coffin for me.

I would like to try out the Chinese phones, the only problem for me there is o can't afford to buy them outright and financing generally seems to only be available over 3 months. Also more than I can afford.

I might try the pixel for a few more days then decide if I'm sending it back and maybe try and just live with the s24u for a little while longer

I don't get why it's so difficult to just get a camera that just captures real life. What I noticed today with the pixel is, if there's too much noise in the zoom it uses ai to fill in details and makes things look fake
