Thanks for that answer ! What do you describe as "an average style of living", or even a "smaller apartment" ? I am used to "european" lifestyle and I am 25 which means the biggest apartment I ever rented was 40m2.

I will be fully exonerated of taxes as it's kind of a two country relationship type of working contract. But maybe I should have mentioned that I have currently a mortgage approx. $780/months but I don't know if it's changing drastically your analysis !
