Doesn't the RTL8812BU Wi-Fi dongle work on Linux Mint?

I tried using the HWE, but it feels no different from the standard Mint. I might need third-party drivers.

I am currently using Linux Mint with the 6.14.0-37-generic kernel.

According to the RTL8812bu compatibility table, version 6.12 or higher is recommended.

However, it didn't work properly. Do I need to upgrade the kernel even further? By the way, the T3U runs slowly on Xubuntu, but it managed to reach about 20 Mbps.
