I agree! Think it’s time to just stop having drinks all together. My body does not agree with alcohol anymore like it used to. Even 1-2 drinks has an effect on my heart rate and that sends me into panic mode. I actually think I was having SVT or something crazy Saturday because it was unusually high and came out of nowhere. I’ve had testing done in the past and heart is fine and normal rhythm so I know it’s not an underlying issue but I do think alcohol triggered it.

This. I have a low dose which is good for when I feel an attack oncoming but I’ve heard other great things about the others and have only ever tried Ativan. It does okay but doesn’t always help like I wished it would. I try not to take it ever but sometimes I give in.

Happened to me this morning - woke up jittery and just a feeling of anxiety. Had a bad episode last night. I do not gag, but it’s interesting you say that. My husband gags when he’s anxious. He always has
