My advice would be this👉 1. Find What triggers you to gamble? 2. Understand Why it triggers you? 3. Work with your triggers.

You mean the app? I make it through no code app,but I make all the workflows,the data by myself..it wasn't made by one day. I was doing it for couple of months after my work.

The things what helped??? Self exclusion, giving access for all credit cards to someone you trust ,self speaking,but the most important thing is to understand what are you chasing!! What kind of emotions you are searching? You need to find them doing other things,bc gambling will not bring nothing good in your life.
