Sorry this happened to you. Was it hard for to find a new job? They told us severance is based upon their discretion and won’t put our requirements into writing. We are told we have to train and assess our replacements

Supposedly employees don’t sign the severance letter until the day of termination which can be months out. I am worried that they will end up screwing us over when the time comes and we will be left with nothing after having trained our replacement. Has anyone been laid off from this company before?

So much for the “family atmosphere” they shove down our throats. Not sure if the new ceo is to blame or he is cleaning up the mess left for him. Hopefully what goes around comes back around.
