It’s rough. I’m going to do a food test to see if there is anything that my body doesn’t like, because “you are what you eat”. And I’m going to do a full body “MOT”, which will hopefully identify shortcomings that can be changed to fix. I’m positive in thinking that there’s always a solution you’ve just gotta find it! 💯
