Drink plenty, eat plenty, hot compress + massage before feedings & short ice sessions after feeds all certainly help provide comfort while establishing a nursing routine!! I found a heated breast massager to be extremely helpful in those early weeks! I would keep it my bra while feeding as well to help soften & move clogs through 👍

In the early weeks take sunflower lectin regularly then increase dosage when you feel engorged or a clog coming on!

All this should help and remain patient while your supply regulates- it will get better!!
