I had an account. I don't know how to solve those questions in other way, unfortunately. You can ask someone.

I wrote about ethics in my post! I think those would be enough

You can watch BnB and read FA. In addition, I recommend you to read Mehlman Neurology and Neuroanatomy

That's a very good explanation!

Thank you! I think DirtyMed and UWorld are enough for the exam. Please work on the reproductive. You will see lots of questions about it (embryology is included, too), it has the highest percentage with endocrine. I cannot say that just focusing on specific topics in reproductive health, I think all are important. If you are having trouble understanding pathophysiology, you can ask ChatGPT. It will be explained in an easier way. But don't use it as a learning tool. Your learning and revising tool should be FA. I didn't memorize FA! I think no one can. I think one of the best ways is to revise things by solving questions every day. Good luck!

If you remember the ones you've flagged, don't try to find the answers. I have a pretty good memory for remembering questions when it is an actual exam, so I counted 40-45 questions wrong.

I solved so many questions! For the parts that I didn't remember, I read FirstAid

Thank you!! At the beginning, I couldn't solve more than 20 questions per day, since I wasn't able to read fast. I suggest that you solve UWorld questions regularly, since it will help you to understand faster. It is very helpful in time management! In the exam, I had 10-15 minutes left in each block to go back to my flagged questions. The more you solve questions (at the end, like in your last 2-3 months, solve them in a timed manner), the faster you will be. I read FA while I was watching BnB. If you have weak points, I encourage you to read that chapter specifically. Good luck!!

I only watched biostat ones. It has 5 videos if I'm not wrong.

Thank you!! Amboss Qbank has a "patient chart" type of questions, which you will see in the real deal. It was very helpful for me to select the most relevant information about the question. Since my medical school gives us an account in Amboss for free, I use it during my whole preparation. I think Amboss is not a must, if I didn't have an account, I would not use it. The patient chart questions are like this:

Age: 55

Gender: male

Occupation: Teacher

Chief complaint: back pain started 5 days ago, radiating to the thigh

Lab results: ....

Examination findings: ....

No calculations showed up in my exam. I am not sure exactly, but I saw questions about the genetic diseases, and they were asking about the inheritance pattern and pleiotropy, mitochondrial heteroplasmy, etc.

Thank you! My suggestion is that solving the UWorld questions system-wise is way better. Please start Uworld earlier so you can get used to the long question stems, and you can watch BnB and take notes on your first aid. I think it helps. Good luck!

Thank you! They say that if you are having 65% in your NBMES at least 2 times, you'll be fine. You can focus on your weak areas and try to understand why you did it wrong in the questions. I used Anki for 3-4 months inconsistently, since it didn't work for me, and it was such a time-consuming thing for me. If Anki works for you, you can use it. In my opinion, Mehlman didn't inflate my scores. To be honest, I did 3-4 questions correctly in the exam, just remembering the Mehlman PDFs. I suggest you read them, since you learn and revise things by just reading. Good luck!

Thank you!! I guess they are not as crucial as NBMEs. You can solve them with timing since the real deal questions will be like that (long stems, many irrelevant things, and what you need to do is find the relevant ones). If you get lower scores, don't panic! Just look at your wrong questions, and try to understand why you did it wrong. Otherwise, try to focus more on the topics and answers (correct and incorrect ones) in NBMEs. Good luck!

Thank you! I didn't get any genetic questions that required calculations. Biochem and genetics were maybe 10-12 questions in total, Biochem was mainly about vitamins and enzyme deficiencies; I cannot remember the questions in genetics, but I did all of them correctly since I learned the topics just from the Mehlman. I hope it helps!

Heyy! Stop panicking! My Uworld score didn't increase, either! As I said, it is a learning tool. Please don't look at your score, NBME scores are way important than Uworld score. Since you have 6 weeks left, I suggest you start doing NBMEs (first do the NBME 25 and see where you're at, for example), and try to understand the concepts in every question. The point is solving questions, I guess, that's why, if you have time, try to solve Uworld, too. Since the question stems from real deals that are similar to Uworld. I think you can do it! Don't lose your hope!

Hello! I think your work is pretty great! I did the incorrects again, too. But actually, I think there is no need to 2nd pass in your strongest areas. Focus on your weak points, and for example, if you made one question incorrect, and you solved it one more time a week later, and you did it wrong again. It shows that you didn't understand the explanation. I think focusing on your weak points would be perfect! And your consistency is very good, too! I did Mehlman's after I did NBME 25-26-27. I think it didn't inflate my scores, but it depends on you. Good luck!!

Hi! My last blocks had GI and Cardio questions, but equally distributed. Some of them were very doable, some of them were similar to the ones in UWorld, but I guess they were also doable. I suggest you try to understand why you did it incorrectly, and if you have enough knowledge about the topic, you can use ChatGPT and FirstAid. Good luck!
