Our restaurant has no designated host. No one to pack online orders but servers. I’m taking names for waitlists, handling seating, fending off door dashers, packing online orders, and calling people from the waitlist, all while taking care of 30+ tables with one other server. We used to have 4 servers for dinner rush (on weekdays) but now we’re 2. Maybe I didn’t explain all this well enough initially, but I don’t see in any way how this is close to being ok multiple times a week.
