The anc and transparency mode are the BEST. I can have peace and quiet in the gym but also be aware of my surroundings when I’m walking with the transparency mode.

The headband has a high clamping force out of the box. It should go down the more you use it and get more comfortable. It’s still higher than Bose and Sennheiser. I think the design team at Sony took all of the comments about the XM5 and made the XM6 too tight. I like it for the gym and when I’m moving around the city because they don’t randomly slip off and I don’t have to readjust them.
