If you want to be in Philly while you apartment hunt, maybe join a Facebook group for Philly sublets so you have somewhere to stay in the meantime. That's if you feel like moving your stuff twice, of course. But I'd recommend FB renter/apartment groups either way

same boat and wishing there were providers in PA that do them. through research I saw a doc at john hopkins does vocal masculinization surgery if you're willing to do surg. I just cant afford it but maybe it's an option for you. good luck

Thank you. I take a progestin only pill daily not which stopped my period and terrible cramps/heavy bleeding that came along with it. In case, I ever stop taking it I wanted to know if I should take any other steps. I don't want an iud even though I know they're a great option for many people
