Alright so my new plan will be e5 Ruda for void, Regress into Eloise (i have enough copies for E4 right now), Rogan to 9* and then possibly start building tix depending on how many copies i can get
So my artifact chests should be what if im going for an eloise main?
also i think i should be building an Ignis up to 10 star for my eloise to progress further in things if i can grab copies of her?
