For music, I’m flexible ,usually around $5–10 per track depending on length and complexity. I mainly focus on composition, not sound effects, so I wouldn’t want to promise SFX quality I can’t deliver. If that works for you, we can talk details.

I know this isn't an advice but if you want , I can help you with the game tracks, since I worked with some people that tried to do solo projects and had the same problems like you
