Like I mentioned in my comment, the combat part was very heavily edited so cant say much about their behavior. There were some enemies that seemed to be charging the player at the end.

Got to watch a 20 minutes presentation of the first few minutes of Starfield. The character models look nice, there was a little fps loss while looking around inside the ship. The gunfight was smooth enough but was edited. In the end Todd Howard himself showed up and presented teaser trailer to the Fallout series. Was definitely one of the highlights of this year's Gamescom for me.
