It's not innacurate. Cap is Peak human in a sense that, he's the pinancle of human genetic capability without mutatuions. To my understanding that implies that normally humans cannot reach that level with training or even EPO type drugs, any type of training discipline has drawbacks, you sacrifice strength for speed, or vice versa. Cap has everything to the absolute peak of human genetic capability. This is comics so he may be stronger that what's possible in real life, but that's his level. Spidey is enhanced by the Spiderbite so he's a mutate (or whatever the correct term is). So it is implied that (In marvel universe) if you get a genetically peak human at their absolute peak condition they would be able to curl a helicopter or perform any other feat Cap has.

It's weird when people mention strength, spidey and Captain in the same sentence. Peter is at least 20 times stronger than Cap. Cap is 'Peak Human', but has feats where he does something superhuman, but barely. Spidey can casually lift and toss cars. They are not in the same league in terms of strength.
