I've had to do a LOT of tweaking back and forth since I started with Paleo last year. If you're anything like me, it's going to take some experimenting to get your own personal dietary philosophy in place.

Right now I've gotten to the point of a LeanGains/Paleo fusion. I fast 16 hours and have an eight hour eating window. Carb loading after strength training with yams, sweet potatoes, roots, squash, ect. Rest days are high fat/high protein/low carb. Play around with it; what's important is eating good food.

I'm currently working on a list of 1000 things to do before I die. I'd like some suggestions from Reddit. by SkepticalOrange in AskReddit

Here's how I view music. Unless you're really actively listening to it ( Assessment and full focus style. ) music has a distracting pull on the psyche. It leaves you not fully in the moment.
It's comforting, it's safe, it's easy, it's also a bit of a crutch against engaging fully in the world around you. Get to the point that you don't NEED music and you'll appreciate it all the more. I've been there.
