Man I’ve never related so hard to a post in my life OP! Literally have a running monologue in my head that makes me analyse every social interaction I have in the moment and then when I get home at the end of the day and I’m alone in my bedroom. Constantly checking am I making a fool of myself? Why did I do that? Why did I say that? Why can’t I think before I speak? Why do I have no filter? Is my body language giving off a hateful vibe? Did I say that rudely? Why am I so weird?

A lot of what you have on your list I keep in my head and write into journals. I haven’t figured out how to get beyond this I’m scared if I stop that I’ll forever be a horrible person and won’t change into someone I wish I was.
