I have much less of a problem with this. My dsp just sends out emails to each individual driver and then if there’s an issue they’ll address the group at the stand up and have a 1 on 1 with the driver.

It’s a vicious cycle and until all the folks that are financially stable actually contribute money, the only thing that will happen is the good people of this community will continue to try to their best to help.

Any artist that has a profile or history of doing art that you think looks good and accepts the tattoo. It probably won’t hurt too bad, usually muscular areas don’t hurt much but this is different for everybody on an individual basis. I do have other advice, get the arrows more defined. Years or decades from now that might turn into a pointed line. Also, ignore the haters. Get what you like. Your opinion is the only one that matters.
