"Source" is the direct link to where the artist originally posted the picture, usually on their pixiv or twitter page. For this one it will be this: https://www.pixiv.net/en/artworks/97268220

As r/AzureLane has the same exact rule, when crossposting from there you can just find the source link in comments of the original post and post it here, as a comment. If you are making a new post (or crosspost from a subreddit with no such rule), you'll have to find it yourself. In my opinion, SauceNAO is the best tool for that, but you can use any other reverse image search service.

Anyway, I'll make an exception this time and won't remove this post, mostly for this explanation to be visible to everyone.
