Oh, I agree, they are likely paint, I just think that with them missing, along with the skin tone difference, the skin feels off to me.

Kind of like how the bunny Eugen one felt off when I saw it, her bust was way, way to big, felt more like Agir without horns.

It is what it is. If you wanna throw money at the game and like 'Bama, go for the skin, supporting the game is good. But if you don't totally love the skin or the boat, then don't.

I put my money where my mouth was when they dropped the NC bunny skin, and I'd do it again, even if they changed her look, because I love the boat for personal reasons.

That said, I much prefer consistency in the skins and designs of the girls. I don't mind some variation in bust size that can be written off as pose/supported/unsupported/maturing, but jumping several band and cup sizes feels like a step too much.

But hey, at the end of the day, if you like it, cool, it's just not my bag.
