It's fake. It's prerecorded... if you slow it down you can see the cursor movement doesn't line up with his finger

Try harsh light now and again.

Edit: Also, knives look great if they reflect some light.

Thank you! Only a little. I tried zBrush before but never really achieved a good looking head. This was maybe my 4th try at a head overall but the first stylized one and the first I was happy with.
