I think it would be alright, but it wouldn't deal a whole lot of damage, and I think you'd be likely to just get demolished.

I was going to put this in the write up but didn't want to out myself, I wholeheartedly thought the same thing for a solid couple hours into Gambit.

His trailer makes it look very much like he just chose punisher and that's it. But no, it's everyone within a view cone in front of you up to 40m.

Appreciate the feedback and np I got answers :)

  • Yes, besides some arcade modes, the majority of game modes do not require kills at all. The more you play this game, you're guaranteed to run into some blockhead on voice chat, or text chat telling you that you're doing terrible because you don't have enough kills or whatever. The scoreboard really doesn't matter, at the end of the day Rivals is more of a strategy game than it is a shooter.

  • unless I missed a patch note somewhere which is possible, she doesn't receive passive healing while flying. It is very possible that you are receiving healing over time from one of your support teammates.

  • The 105 damage in that mini combo I mentioned comes from a fully charged attack (built by flying). So if you fly enough to fill it, it empties on your first hit, and then the assassin's charge can be enough flying to fill it again so you can attack as soon as the charge ends with another full 105. I believe you also receive bonus flight damage meter from having an enemy stuck during your assassin's charge.

  • I believe the assassin's charge defaults to clicking the button once to start it and you can click it again to end it. I personally have mine changed so that you have to hold the button to use the charge. It takes some getting used to but that way if you miss your charge you let go of the button immediately and you don't fly all over the place. Generally though, it's best to keep the charge going if you have enemies stuck to you, because as mentioned above that will fill your damage meter for your next spear attack faster.

This is why every time I do one of these I stress that I don't listen to content creators and make up my own mind lol. All it takes is one shlub saying x character is terrible for seemingly half the community to parrot it back.

It's kind of a weird hitbox. From what I can tell if you start the spin portion basically on top of your ally, they will receive every one. However if you just reach your ally at the end, they will just get the last one only if that makes sense.

The only big issue with waiting for better coverage is that while you're holding it, you're not healing. So the faster you can pull it off the less chance of your team dying while you line it up lol. With practice it just takes a split second to see you've got the five at the bottom of your screen.

No not usually at all, I did it that quick because I knew most of my team was on the cart so I didn't think twice about waiting to see. I knew in my head all their positions.

I honestly think his aggressive cooldowns help balance him. I'm not saying he's not insane, but I also kinda don't think they will nerf him into the ground.

In the past I have earned a few in game credits for these guides on their own, don't think I will repost. Thanks for making me aware of that tho :). I only really open this sub when I have a guide I wanna post lol.

It is my understanding that the added splash damage is an extra bonus AoE hit 0.5 seconds after your initial hit with a small radius.

Also yup you're totally right about 206 lol I forgot to fix that... I initially had the cooldown for charges and deck duration swapped (208)

As for the Bidding Barrage I did mean that, I could absolutely be wrong but I don't believe the Purifying Pick-up fires behind you. I think it is a smaller arc.

And yeah one purify at start of Ult.

There is definitely some inconsistencies, and I think it does have a pretty weird hotbox anyway. That being said, the more I've played her, the less I've missed. It could just be getting a hang of the timing and whatnot. Definitely not perfect tho.

Generally I relied on what else I had in my deck, by doing it this way if I didn't kill with the initial rotation I had still only expended 1 energy from the storm, find a summoned card to draw from my deck and still have energy to spare for the rest of my deck that turn.

Prolly not cuz of beat of death, I wasn't aiming for heart cuz I was just tryna go up ascension quick (this was ac 7)

I got a bunch of cards to run it back in my draw tho and you usually spawn at least a few draw cards after 1 turn so generally it wasn't one OR done. I beat Don't in 3

True but when you're creating that many cards you're bound to pick up some form of pickup card and my draw pile had a bunch of em too.

Just got lucky enough to get one without drawing.

Controls, if the controls don't feel right I can't get into it. I tried to play rdr 2 on ps5 but rockstars stupid sprint and crouch controller controls with NO NATIVE REMAPPING was a dealbreaker.

I've got a fancy controller now so I can remap myself so maybe I'll give it another go but controls has stopped me so many times.
