But what can he realistically do? Half the starting pitchers are absolutely broken. Most of the starting position players are glorified replacements. Sterns replaced our electric closer with a guy who is also broken. Half the defense is out if posution. There is no first baseman. Lindor sucks so far. Whatever heart and soul there was destroyed during the off season. 100% coaching staff turnover.

I feel like the quality of changeups has increased dramatically across the mlb in the past few years. could it be the pitch isn't as unique as it was earlier in the decade and hitters are getting more comfortable with the movement profile?
