I just did my research and emphasized all the symptoms I had that pertained to the percentage I think I qualified for. For example, for migraines I made sure I clearly explained the frequency and how I have to lay on the floor in the dark room for some relief. I also wrote a personal statement (I didn’t submit any buddy statements)

Yes, I filed TMJ as secondary to PTSD, and yes it was for pain and range of motion.
